Maisonneuve Fracture.

Maisonneuve Fracture is a spiral fracture of the upper third of fibula with disruption of the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis and associated injuries like fracture of medial malleolus or deltoid ligament rupture.

It results from external rotation injuries.
