P50.
P50= the partial pressure of oxygen as Hb is 50% saturated. Its value =26mmHg
When the Oxygen Dissociation Curve shifts to the right, P50 increases. Or in other words, higher the P50, lower is the affinity of Hemoglobin for O2.
