Nikolsky’s sign , used to differentiate between intraepidermal/suprabasal from sub-epidermal blisters→Positive in intraepidermal blisters.

Pseudo-Nikolsky sign/ Epidermal peeling sign
False Nikolsky’s sign→Positive in subepidermal blisters
Pseudo Nikolsky’s sign positive in:
- Steven-Johnson syndrome
- TEN
- Burns
- Bullous icthyosiform erythroderma.
