Methysergide, cyproheptadine and TCAs like amytriptyline,imipramine,nor tryptyline can be used.

Clonidine used orally.

Topiramate recently approved.
Valproate and Gabapentin also possess some action.

Onabotulinum Toxin A. Used for headache when they occur more than 14 days a month.

Candesartan can also be used.
